How can I report a bug?

Yes! Email us your suggestion and we will review it for future development.
Are my files uploaded to a server?
Most of our tools process files directly in your browser using JavaScript. Your documents, images, and text are not uploaded anywhere.
Why is a tool not working on my device?
Try clearing your browser cache, disabling extensions, or switching to a different browser. Our tools work best on recent versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge.
